We've been terribly busy around here (I didn't even turn on the computer yesterday!), so I haven't been able to update the blog lately, but I thought I could take a moment while Patrick is at school and Abigail is napping to share some pictures with you!
In further updates, we went to a follow-up appointment with the pediatrician yesterday. Abigail was 9 lbs when born and lost 6 oz within the first two days, as normal. Within the last 2 weeks since then, the child has gained 1 lb 9 oz! She now weighs 10 lbs 3 oz. She’s obviously a healthy eater and thriving. =)
And my personal update…well, I just have to brag a bit and hope I don’t eat my words later. Of the 29 pounds that I gained during the pregnancy, I have lost 24 of it already. HOORAY! I’m not doing anything other than eating what I want and nursing, but that is working for me. =)
